One of Nigeria's renowned Banker, Accountant and Businessman, Dr. Gimba Ya'u Kumo, who was the former MD of FMBN has been investitured and inducted as the National Vice President and Deputy Chairman in Council of the Chartered Institute of Administrators of Nigeria. The induction ceremony was held on the 10th of December 2021 at CMD, Ikeja Lagos, few days ago.
Before now, Dr. Gimba Ya'u Kumo has served as Chairman of the Council of Fellows. According to reports, the investiture of the new National Vice President and Deputy Chairman in Council of the Chartered Institute of Administrators of Nigeria was premised on his outstanding role, capacity and antecedents in the administrative industry.
In a media chat with our Correspondent, Dr. Gimba expressed appreciation to the Chartered Institute of Administrators of Nigeria for the induction and investiture as National Vice President and Deputy Chairman in Council of the Institute. He therefore assured the council of his unequivocal commitment to ensure the growth, development and sustainability of CIA.
However, Dr Gimba Ya'u Kumo has continue to receive several honours with emphasis on his excellent contributions. He was recently nominated for a Doctorate Degree of the Commonwealth University London by the London Graduate School. The Honourary Doctorate Degree will presented to Dr. Gimba on the 16th of December 2021 in Dubai, UAE.
