The Executives and members of Conference of Nigeria Political Parties ( CNPP) Enugu State chapter wish to congratulate Your Excellency, the Executive Governor of Enugu State on the award of " Most Peaceful Governor in Nigeria"which will take place on January, 21,2022.
There is no gainsaying the fact that this is a well deserved award considering the proactive steps you have taken to restore peace in Enugu State even when other States are in turmoil.
You have made the coexistence of all the ethnic nationalities in Enugu State possible. No discrimination and segregation. You have made it a culture to celebrate with the Christians and Moslems during their festivals.
Politically, you nurtured peaceful coexistence among all the political parties in Enugu State by running an all inclusive government. There has not been stories of political attacks or assassination in Enugu State through the beginning of your tenure till date.
No wonder the National Peace Award Committee has singled you out of all 36 State Governors in Nigeria for the award. Your Excellency, you deserve it. "AKA ANYI DI NELU.ORURU GI,MAKA NA AKA ADI EKPUCHI ONWA"
We will not conclude without mentioning at least two other prestigious award you have received.
Just recently, you were awarded " The Best Housing Friendly Governor in Africa " and also HURIWA included your name in their Hall of Fame for your outstanding contribution in the judiciary in the Alternative Dispute Resolution court and also the passage of the Child Right Act and the establishment of TAMA SARC for sexual offenders.
The list is endless and we know many more are coming considering the land mark you have created and achieved.
Your Excellency, we are proud to associate with your administration and re-emphasize our commitment to work with you and your successor.
