Top officers of the Nigerian Immigration Service, Deputy Controller A. A. Yarima and an Assistant Controller, Adeola Adesekon on Monday played host to top delegations of Onyebuchi Chris Ifediora, OCI Foundation, a charity and humanitarian organisation set up to improve living standard in the community. 

The meeting was aimed at expanding the horizon of the Foundation in its quest to reach more beneficiaries with its humanitarian programmes.

The delegation was led OCI Foundation National Champion,  Rev. Dr. Austin Epunam who is also the Founder of Sweet Home Africa, a humanitarian non-governmental organisation. 

He was accompanied by Mr Luter Ikyobo and Barr. Vivian Obinwa both of the Abuja team. 

Our correspondent gathered that the Immigration top officials expressed gratitude to the Foundation for its numerous charity and philanthropic outreaches, pledging the readiness of the Service to collaborate with it in empowering more Nigerians. 

OCI Foundation International among other programmes is the sponsor of the Cyfed Undergraduate Scholarships, the CBH Scholarships, the IFOMSSA Junior and Senior Awards, the JAMB Awards, LAMS Initiative, the Gynocular Project, the CerviBreast APP, and the Arm our Youths Health Campaign (ArOY). 

It recently organized the Anambra secondary school health quiz competition for all public Senior Secondary School in the three Senatorial Districts of Anambra in conjunction with the Post Primary Schools Service Commission (PPSSC) Anambra State.
