Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto and PDP presidential aspirant at the ongoing convention has suddenly stepped down for Former vice president
 and leading PDP presidential aspirant Atiku Abubakar.

Tambuwal called on his supporters and delegates at the convention ground to support and vote for Atiku.
