The incident was revealed in a tweet by the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA).
Sector 3 and Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) Command confirmed 30 soldiers were involved in the accident.
However, it was reported that non of the 30 soldiers involved in the accident lost their lives.
Meanwhile, seven accident victims are receiving treatment at 7 Division Hospital Maiduguri.
