Accompanied by her security aides, Mrs. Tinubu was taken on a tour of the various offices within the First Lady's wing, including the Administrative, ICT, Catering, Media, and Protocol Units.

Born on September 21, 1960, to an Itsekiri mother and a Yoruba father, Mrs. Tinubu holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Ife.

Mrs. Tinubu's previous roles include serving as the wife of the Lagos State Governor between 1999 and 2007. Following her time as the First Lady of Lagos State, she was elected Senator representing Lagos Central in the Senate.
