As proceedings of the ongoing Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal continues to build up in the nation's Federal Capital Territory (FCT), renowned lawyer and Labour Party chieftain, Barrister Kenneth Okonkwo has given a breakdown of his party's activities in court on Saturday, June 10, 2023.

In a series of tweets posted on his Twitter handle, Okonkwo, who is a member of the legal team representing Peter Obi and the Labour Party at the Tribunal, stated that they were able to play video evidence showing the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Mahmud Yakubu, alongside INEC's National Commissioner, Festus Okoye, admitting in separate interviews that results from the February 25 presidential election ought to have been uploaded from polling units unto the INEC Result Viewing portal (IREV) in real-time. According to him, these video interviews were conducted by Channels Television.

Going further, Okonkwo also revealed that election documents (Forms EC40G) for Benue State were also admitted as evidence by the court.

He wrote; on 10th June, 2023.
