A former senatorial candidate in Anambra Central Senatorial District, Hon. Dr. (Chief) Jim Okolo Chimezie has marked his birthday on Saturday, October 21, same day he is to be honoured with Peace Achievers International Award.
Chief Chimezie, who is the West African Coordinator of Universal Migration Enlightenment Centre (UMEC) has however expressed gratitude to God for blessing him with a new year in his life.
His friends and allies have taken to the social and conventional media to congratulate him and wish God's endless blessings on his birthday.

With the theme, "Sustainable Peace and Economic Growth in Africa", the event organised by Peace Ambassador Agency Worldwide comes up today Oct. 21.
Organisers said it would be a significant improvement from previous editions as criteria for award conferment has been expanded to accommodate more Nigerians who have made significant contributions towards the country's development in the area of peace building and conflict resolution.
The founder Peace Ambassador Agency Worldwide, Amb. Kingsley Amafibe, recently said awardees were painstakingly selected.
The organisation had earlier hosted the 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa where the former president of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan and others were honoured.
