Renowned American singer Enisa has faced a sharp decline in her follower count on the social media platform X, losing over 12,000 followers within 24 hours.
The sudden drop in followers occurred shortly after Enisa made the decision to unfollow Nigerian Afrobeat sensation Davido on X.
Davido had previously collaborated with Enisa in 2021, featuring in the remix of her hit song “Love Cycle,” which significantly boosted her popularity among Nigerian fans.
Despite the support she received from Davido and other Nigerian influencers like Smallie and Dapsy, who helped her connect with the Nigerian audience, Enisa has now distanced herself from the Afrobeat star.
As of Friday, a close review of her X profile revealed that her follower count had decreased from 821.9k to 809.3k.
