While applauding Gov. Sani-led administration for encouraging children in the state to go to school, Amb. Amafibe said this is a tool that could help the students unlock a greater future.
"I can tell you that his Excellency, Sen Uba Sani Executive Governor of Kaduna State, is doing so much in the education sector that many people don't know about. He runs free education from primary to secondary school. Additionally, the state government also runs a free feeding program for students as a way of encouraging them to acquire education.

The partnership, among other things, will involve inspection, facilities, and welfare of Kaduna State students.

Amb. Amafibe also called on other state governments to take a cue from what Kaduna State is doing in leaving a legacy of effective performance in the education sector.

During the visit, the governor was also presented with the plaque and certificate of 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa 2024 in respect to his contribution to peacebuilding and the education sector in Kaduna State.
