Pupils of LEA Primary School in Idu, Koro 1 FCT Abuja are currently in jubilant mood as non-governmental organization, Skyewise Foundation has chosen the school as one of the beneficiaries of its annual back-to-school programme, an annual outreach which is part of efforts to advance its corporate social responsibility. 

The outreach on Thursday was led by the founder of Skyewise Foundation, Dr. Elvis Abuyere who was accompanied by Aisha Aliyu, the coordinator Skyewise Foundation, Brand Ambassador of Skyewise Group, MC Papi, PR practitioner Alex Nwankwo, MC Bob and some support staff. 

Speaking at the primary school, Dr. Abuyere said the Foundation understands the difficulties several families are facing with regards to purchasing education materials for their children and paying their fees. 
He therefore donated educational materials, including books, school bags and other items to aid the education of the children. 

Additional, he announced that the Foundation will pay the fees of 40 pupils in the school. 

The Headmistress of the school, Mrs Okwumuo Chinelo who was highly emotional expressed gratitude to the Foundation for choosing the school for its back-to-school outreach. 
The team later moved to LEA Junior secondary school, Idu Koro 1 where it also donated educational materials and also paid fees for 20 pupils, bringing it to the total of 60.

The coordinator of the foundation, Aisha Aliyu expressed satisfaction towards outreach especially as the pupils were just returning back to school and the couple with economic situation of the country. While thanking all those who came out to support the outreach, said it was always the desire of the NGO to reach out and empower different sectors of the society.
