Students University of Abuja are currently in jubilant mood as 100 of them have been handed free tickets to participate in the upcoming Comedy and Lifestyle show, being hosted by renowned entertainer, Osazee Samuel Aikhionbare, known by his stage name “MC Papi".
The free tickets is courtesy of a renowned philanthropist and Chairman of Seman Global Project, Amb. Maxwell Stephen Nweze and Toslad CEO, Mr. Tosin Ladejobi who bought 50 each for the students.
Also, the billionaire Bambi also in Friday joined in the fray by offering undisclosed number of VIP tickets to the students.
He said this is part of his contribution to support the comedy show and boost entertainment in the Abuja landscape. He is known for his firm support towards the growth and entertainment industry in Abuja and environs.
Top celebrities are expected to grace the show in a colourful way.
Among those expected include, Skales, Gandoki, Real Warripikin, Josh2Funny, MC Monica, Craze Clown, Ushbebe, MC Bob, Funny Urch, Danny Spry, Wafi, Mazi Prospa, Funny Rasaq, MC, Miti, Job Legend and more.
MC Papi has recently positioned himself as a force to reckon with in the industry, taking entertainment to a different new level.
Earlier in the year, he had a successful comedy tour across various European countries where he interfaced with Nigerian communities resident there.
The tour which saw him perform in some of the countries there include, Germany, Berlin and Frankfurt was seen as a public relations strategy to market the country and its abundant talents.
It was a soft approach towards strengthening collaborations among critical stakeholders in the entertainment sector in those countries and Nigeria.
As a follow-up, he would gather who is who in Abuja entertainment, business, political and social landscape to grace his "Comedy & Lifestyle With MC Papi, the Rebirth of Lifestyle".
It will hold at Transcorp Hilton Hotel Abuja on October 27.
The show will be an opportunity for him to share his experience while in Europe. Fans have eagerly waited for that moment.
