In a strategic move to promote financial inclusion and support the arts, leading fintech firm, BondPay, has partnered with the creative industry to headline the sixth edition of the popular comedy show, Leave Comedy for Shortcut.


The show has become a flagship event in Nigeria's comedy scene, showcasing top talents and providing a unique platform for laughter and entertainment. 

The event is scheduled to take place on November 30 at the prestigious Congress Hall of Transcorp Hilton Abuja. 


The sixth edition promises to be an unforgettable experience, featuring: renowned comedians and musicians, innovative performances and surprises, networking opportunities for industry professionals. 
Speaking at a press conference in Abuja, Chief Executive Officer of BondPay, Dr Chibuike Echem, expressed the payment company's commitment to creativity and financial empowerment. 

He said as a forward-thinking fintech company, BondPay recognizes the importance of creativity and entertainment in driving economic growth. 

He stressed that by supporting Leave Comedy for Shortcut, BondPay aims to promote financial literacy and inclusion among creatives and entrepreneurs, foster collaboration between the fintech and creative industries as well as empower artists and entertainers with innovative financial solutions.

"This partnership is marriage made in heaven. It's BondPay and Leave Comedy for Shortcut going forward. It's not just about this year. We are in this relationship to make sure that at evewhere he is doing it, he shows capacity.

Also speaking, Ijeoma Eze, Chief Operating Officer, Princeton Group noted that this partnership underscores BondPay's commitment to driving positive change and promoting creativity in Nigeria. 


On his part, Onwunarugwu Ndubuisi Joseph, popularly known as Shortcut Comedian, said the event promises to bring together an impressive lineup of comedians, musicians, and creatives, ensuring an unforgettable experience for attendees.
