Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has signed the 2025 Appropriation Bill into law, approving a historic budget of N3.366 trillion.

The budget is designed to advance the developmental agenda of the Sanwo-Olu/Hamzat administration, with significant allocations for infrastructure development, education, healthcare, and economic growth.

Speaking during the signing ceremony, Governor Sanwo-Olu emphasized his administration’s commitment to implementing impactful projects that enhance the quality of life for Lagos residents and ensure sustainable progress across the state.

Gboyega Akosile, spokesman of the governor, wrote on X: “Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu today signs the 2025 Appropriation bill to law.

“The budget size is N3.366 trillion meant for the continuation of the great works of the Sanwo-Olu/Hamzat administration.”
