JUST IN: Peter Obi meets gov Bala Mohammed in Bauchi amid political speculations

Peter Obi, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), arrived in Bauchi State on Thursday morning for a private meeting with Governor Bala Mohammed.

The Deputy Governor, Mohammed Auwal Jatau, welcomed Obi at the Bauchi airport around 10:00 AM, after which he proceeded to the Government House for discussions with the governor.

Although details of their meeting remain undisclosed, the visit has sparked political speculations, with many wondering if it signals a potential collaboration or realignment ahead of the 2027 elections.
